| Gregg Skipper – Director of Agency Operations |
If our agency is a ship, Gregg Skipper mans the helm as our Director of Operations. Gregg came to Complete Insurance Solutions after five years as Director of Agency Operations with Mercury Insurance Group. While there, he managed the Concord Insurance Services chain. Prior to joining Mercury, Gregg spent six years at Nike, where he worked as a NCAA football Product Line Manager. He also built a retail and analytical background in buying offices at Nike and the May Company.
Gregg earned a BS from Oregon State University (he asked us to mention their back-to-back NCAA baseball national championships). During his time at Nike, he outfitted Mack Brown, attended a NCAA basketball championship game, various Bowl games, and watched a Texas A&M football game from the sidelines. He lives with his wife and son in Cedar Park, TX.

| William Barrow – Licensed Agent |
William Barrow is our agent specializing in personal lines. William joins Complete Insurance Solutions after cutting his teeth at Bankers Life and Casualty; he has also worked with Farmers Insurance. In his own words, “I left those companies because I strongly believe the independent agency and professional agent is the best way to purchase insurance.”
William has some serious field experience. After Hurricane Katrina, he was one of first adjusters admitted to New Orleans to assess damage. While there, he helped over 300 families file homeowners claims. He was also on site in West Louisiana following Hurricane Rita and South Florida with Hurricane Wilma. William was a Sergeant, US Army, NCOIC.
William graduated with an Associates degree from Eastfield College and a BA from the University of Texas.

| Richard Green, CIC – Licensed Agent |
Richard Green is our agent specializing in commercial lines. This marks the 30th consecutive year Richard has maintained designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a highly respected designation in the industry. In that time, he has worked with large brokers like Anco, Texas Insurance and Hibbs-Hallmark in areas of property and casualty. He has served as officer and board member for various industry associations and task forces.
Richard was born on the coldest March 11 in Texas History. He holds a BS from Texas A&M University and received his Masters from Sam Houston State University. He and his daughter reside in Wemberley, TX, where they are involved in civic and community affairs.
